  Very friendly people. Excellent service and they know how to make coffee. I visit this store frequently and am always greeted with a smile.

  Used the drive thru today. Lots of cars so there was a long wait to order & to pick up. That's to be expected.
  However the person taking my order was like a robot. Said the same abrupt things to me as well as driver ahead of me and behind me. Then heard her complaining about the long lines at the pick up window. No hello. No thank you. All this made me want to drive to a different Dunkin Donuts. Next time I will.
